Tracey is the founder and president of Versatile Management Group (VMG), Prince Edward Island’s leading project and event management company. Over the past 11 years, she and her team have developed a proven track record in event and project management, as well as influencer marketing, food tourism, and social media managexment.
Tracey is a creative leader with a ‘doer’ mindset. She thrives at taking projects from the ‘big idea’ stage to reality. As the former Director of Marketing for Tourism Charlottetown, she played an integral role in creating and developing some of the Island’s largest tourism demand-generating events.
A master of multi-tasking and extraordinary organizer, Kelly ensures every event we manage goes off without the slightest hitch. With her unparalleled focus and passion, Kelly is a real-life genie, bringing events to life from thin air. OK, maybe it’s not quite that simple, but she makes it seem like that!
Kelly works tirelessly to meet her clients’ goals, taking the term ‘hustle’ to unprecedented new heights. With more than 7 years under her belt at VMG, Kelly brings a breadth and depth of experience in event management to the table every day. She’s also a tenacious negotiator, driven to deliver financial success to our clients.
Detail-oriented and dedicated to staying on top of the latest marketing trends, the team relies on Jenn to design engaging marketing campaigns, win over sponsors, and create engaging activitations that our clients and sponsors love. Her calm, level-headed demeanour and ‘we can do it’ attitude keeps our team grounded when we have multiple irons in the fire, which is pretty much every day!
An adept researcher and ball of energy, Emma ensures our clients are set up for event success at every stage of the game. Resourceful and proactive, she enjoys tackling new projects and finding creative ways to resolve challenges that crop up along the way.
Emma hit the ground running from day one and hasn’t slowed down since. Organized and curious, she uses her investigative prowess to support the team, searching out valuable insights and data to inform our decision-making. An avid follower of culinary competitions, she’s also our in-house rolodex for all the up-and-coming chefs on the national and international scene. She’s also known around the office for her style and staying on top of the latest trends.

Shelby is the ultimate note-taker, color-coder and research do-er, all to ensure every detail is covered, which is important when managing the Fall Flavors events. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and no matter the task, she completes it with a smile. She has an innate sense as to what’s “in”,” which pays well when working in the ever-changing marketing and events industry.
A social media enthusiast and savvy strategist, Leah works to ensure that our clients are leaders in the emerging Influencer marketplace. The Prince Edward Island Strategic Plan for Tourism 2021 states, the next generation of tourism consumers spend most of their time looking for content on social media instead of social networking. With her passion for storytelling, Leah is able to skillfully convey our clients messages to their audiences on the correct platforms.
Hardworking and charismatic, Leah uses her skill set to develop and share content that builds our clients’ brand through social channels. From creating content to producing detailed reports and researching trends, Leah ensures that our clients goals are met. She is constantly motivated to learn from her experiences and those around her. Her curiosity and passion helps our team stay on top of our game.
